Your Celebration, Course by Course
Cocktail Hour
Eight to ten passed hors-d'oeuvres, served white-glove butler style, plus a pasta or action station and three cold platters.
Salad Course
Choice of plated gourmet salad with artisan dinner rolls.
Entrée Course
Plated trilogy, family style, stations, or buffet with three host-selected entrées, one vegetable, and one potato or starch.
Dessert Course
Coffee and tea station with fresh fruit display or assorted Italian butter cookies.
